 Formal Recruitment Checklist

• Follow IFC on Instagram, Facebook, and regularly check your email to stay updated with important information regarding your recruitment.

• Confirm you have been added to your Recruitment Groupme and if not please contact IFC. 

• Review the 2026 PNM Code of Conduct and be sure you meet the GPA requirement — 2.50/4.00.

• Review information about our chapters under the “Fraternities” link on the Recruitment Guide.

• Thoroughly review the 2026 Recruitment Guide to ensure you are properly informed and prepared for Formal Recruitment. 

• Stop by the Interfraternity Council table at your orientation session.

• Be sure to download the ICS app to be able to see your recruitment schedule and make your selections during formal recruitment week. 

• Contact recruitment chairs and get to know the individual chapters.

• Attend and complete all Educational Programming required by Fraternity and Sorority Life.

• Refer a Friend: Encourage another Potential New Member (PNM) to register for Formal Recruitment and share the experience with them.
